Dnes mám pro Vás pár postřehů 😀 týkajících se vaření/pečení s dětmi. Jak na to, aby to pro obě strany bylo o něco příjemnější. Nejprve se na všem s dětmi domluvte a vysvětlete jim, jak budete postupovat. Také v první řadě neočekávejte, že výsledkem budou perfektní výrobky! Naopak dejte dětem volnost v tvorbě i zdobení! Dále nepředpokládejte, že kuchyně zůstane čistá. Užijte si s dětmi společný čas i činnost a zkrátka to nechejte na nich. Větší děti už se snadno zapojí a zvládnout péct v podstatě samostatně, s naší mírnou pomocí. Například u těchto cupcaků mohou připravit těsto a dozdobit je, šikovnější větší děti zvládnout i zdobení cukrářským sáčkem. Doufám, že si společné pečení užijete a těším se i na Vaše tipy.

Vytisknout recept
Ingredience
- Na těsto:
- 90 g polohrubé mouky
- 90 g žitné celozrnné mouky
- 1 lžíce kakaa
- 1 lžička jedlé sody
- 2 vejce
- 90 g moučkového třtinového cukru
- 2 lžíce medu
- 50 ml slunečnicového oleje
- 250 ml kefírového mléka
- Na krém:
- 250 g mascarpone
- 1 kelímek smetany ke šlehání 40 %
- 1 vanilkový cukr
- moučkový cukr nebo med dle chuti (já jsem dala cca 4 lžíce medu)
- lentilky
- cukrářské zdobení
- kakao na posypání
Postup
- Plech na muffiny vyložíme košíčky. V míse smícháme prosáté mouky s jedlou sodou a kakaem. V jiné míse smícháme vejce s cukrem a zašleháme olej a med. Postupně přidáváme střídavě kefír a moučnou směs. Těsto nalijeme do košíčků – do každého něco málo přes polovinu výšky. Pečeme v troubě vyhřáté na 180 st. asi 20 minut. Hotové muffiny necháme zchladnout a potom zcela vychladnout na mřížce.
- Připravíme krém – smetanu vyšleháme skoro na šlehačku, těsně předtím než zcela ztuhne k ní přidáme mascarpone, cukr a med, důkladně zašleháme. Pozor ať směs nepřešleháme. Hotový krém naplníme do cukrářského sáčku s řezanou trubičkou a krém nastříkáme na muffiny.
- Každý cupcake ozdobíme perníčkem a posypeme trochu skořicí. Dobrou chuť!

Famózní recept, dělala jsem jako klasický dortík, ale těsto jemně, vlhké, vláčné, krém jsem obohatila meruňkovou marmeládou, nazdobila, a všem moc chutnalo, i mně. Moc děkuji za tento recept. Ať se vám daří 🙂
