Motánky jsou láska, jakmile je jednou vyzkoušíte, nebudete moct přestat, tedy alespoň já to tak mám…Zkoušela jsem je už posypané hrubým cukrem, oříšky i mandlemi a vždycky jsou moc dobré, místo skořicové náplně jsem také zkoušela kakaovou….je to zkrátka tip na fajn domácí pečivo na snídani nebo svačinku a příprava není až tak dlouhá, tak je pojďte také zkusit.
Skořicové motánky z žitné mouky

Ingredience
- Těsto:
- 150 g změklého másla
- 90 g třtinového cukru
- 1/2 lžičky soli
- 2 lžičky mletého kardamomu
- 500 ml mléka (ideálně plnotučného)
- 42 g čerstvého droždí
- 400 g hladké špaldové mouky
- 400 g žitné mouky
- Náplň:
- 100 g másla
- 100 g medu
- 2 vrchovaté lžíce skořice
- 1 lžička mletého kardamomu
- 1 vejce na potření
- hrubý krystalový cukr na posypání
Postup
1. Ve velké míse smícháme máslo, cukr, sůl a kardamom. Mléko mírně ohřejeme a rozmícháme v něm celé droždí, smícháme s máslovou směsí. Postupně přisypeme prosátou mouku a vytvoříme lepivé těsto, které necháme cca 60 minut kynout na teplém místě.
2. Mezitím připravíme náplň. V hrnci rozpustíme na mírném ohni máslo, přidáme med, skořici, kardamom a rozmícháme na kašičku, odstavíme z plotny.
3. Vykynuté těsto rozdělíme na 2 stejné části. Každou vyválíme na pomoučněné pracovní ploše na plát o velikosti cca 40 x 50 cm. Pomažeme ho polovinou náplně a přeložíme přes sebe jako dopisní papír do podlouhlé obálky – tedy na třetiny. Pokud chceme větší motánky, nakrájíme po kratší straně 2 cm proužky (budou dlouhé). Pokud menší, nakrájíme je po delší straně, také po 2 cm. Všechny proužky stočíme do spirálek a poté prsty, aby vznikl motánek. Můžeme je také zamotat do roládek. Stejně zpracujeme i druhou polovinu těsta.
4. Motánky dáme v dostatečných rozestupech (dost nakynou) na plechy vyložené pečicím papírem a necháme ještě 30 minut kynout. Poté je pomažeme prošlehaným vejcem a posypeme cukrem. Pečeme při 180 stupních asi 15 minut.
