Krásné pondělí, dnes se slíbeným receptem na kuřecí roládu, původně jsem ho ani nefotila sem na blog, takže nemám moc verzí fotek…. Maso by bylo možné použít i krůtí a náplni se také meze nekladou, zkoušela jsem i hrášek, slaninku, papriku…v kombinaci se salátem získáte celkem rychlou a chutnou večeři nebo oběd, ale pokud k roládě připravíte jakoukoliv bramborovou přílohu, jistě si také pochutnáte.

- 800 g - 1000 g kuřecích prsních řízků
- sůl
- pepř
- asi 150 g šunky
- větší hrst strouhané mozzarelly
- slunečnicová semínka dle chuti
- hrst zelených fazolek
- olej na potření
- Na salát:
- salátové listy mix nebo salát dle chuti
- strouhaná mrkev
- hrst cherry rajčat, přepůlených
- Na zálivku:
- 2 lžíce olivového oleje
- 1 lžička medu
- citronová šťáva dle chuti
- 1 lžička jablečného octa
- sůl
- pepř
Postup
- Maso naklepeme, osolíme, opepříme a plátky masa vyskládáme na potravinářskou fólii do velikého plátu. Na maso navrstvíme šunku, fazolky, semínka a zasypeme sýrem. Pomocí fólie srolujeme do rolády, kterou poté zafixujeme provázkem, potřeme olejem a pečeme přiklopenou při 180 stupních asi 60 minut dozlatova.
- Připravíme salátek – zeleninu smícháme v míse. V menší misce smícháme všechny přísady na zálivku a poté ji promícháme se salátem.
- Upečenou roládu nakrájíme na plátky a podáváme na připravené salátku. Dobrou chuť!

After I originally commented I appear to have clicked on the -Notify me when new comments are added- checkbox and from now on each time a comment is added I get 4 emails with the same comment. There has to be an easy method you are able to remove me from that service? Thank you.
