Fermentované vločky jsou tou nejzdravější možnou formou jejich úpravy, protože se pro nás stanou snadněji stravitelné a získáme z nich maximum pro naše tělo prospěšných látek, zejména vlákniny, nehledě na to, že kaše nás nasytí na celé dopoledne a nebudeme hledat něco na zub už hodinu po snídani, naopak, budeme mít v bříšku jako v pokojíčku. Navíc si takto vločky připravíme v předstihu a kaše je ráno opravu rychlá. A v létě mi chutná i studená varianta! Fermentovaná kaše je už lehce nasládlá, ale s troškou medu je opravdu lahodná a chutná i dětem! A co vy, máte rádi ranní kaše a s čím je nejraději kombinujete?

Ingredience
- 2 hrnky jemných ovesných vloček
- 3 hrnky rostlinného mléka - např. mandlového (lze použít i vodu)
- 1 lžička vanilkového aroma
- 1 lžička medu
- mražené, čerstvé nebo mrazem sušené ovoce dle chuti na ozdobu
- kvítky bezu na ozdobu
Postup
- Večer namočíme ovesné vločky do rostlinného mléka, smícháme je dohromady a přes noc necháme při pokojové teplotě zakryté talířkem nebo potr. fólií.
- Ráno v rendlíku celou směs prohřejeme, ale nevaříme! Na závěr promícháme s vanilkovým aroma a medem, můžeme přidat i semínka z vanilkového lusku.
- Ozdobíme ovocem dle chuti, případně i trochou čokolády. Dobrou chuť!
