Krásný den! Po dlouhé, na mě už až moc dlouhé době, pro Vás mám nový recept. Pauza byla způsobená postupným onemocněním celé mojí rodiny, včetně mě, kdy se nemoc nakonec ještě rozvinula v jinou. Dalším důvodem také byl technický problém – počítač jsme měli v servisu a čekalo se dlouho na náhradní díl. Věřím, že se Vám recept na bábovičky bude hodit a zkusíte si je také připravit, budu moc ráda.
Dýňové bábovičky
Vytisknout recept
Ingredience
- 100 g másla + na vymazání formiček
- 50 g třtinového moučkového cukru
- 50 g medu
- pár kapek vanilky bourbon
- 2 vejce
- 125 g bílého jogurtu
- 120 g dýňového pyré (použila jsem třetinu menší dýně)
- 130 g polohrubé mouky + na vysypání formiček
- 1 sáček kypřicího prášku do pečiva s vinným kamenem (klasického kypř. prášku použijte 1 lžičku)
- 50-70 g kvalitní tmavé čokolády
- asi 1 lžička kokosového oleje
- sladké širší (klidně i plněné) tyčinky na stopky
Postup
- Dýni očistíme, semínka odstraníme a dýni nakrájíme na kousky, uvaříme na páře doměkka, rozmixujeme na pyré a necháme vychladnout.
- Formičky na bábovičky vymažeme tukem a vysypeme moukou. Já jsem použila silikonové formičky, které jsem „pouze“ vymazala tukem. Žloutky oddělíme od bílků. Změklé máslo utřeme s cukrem, vanilkou a žloutky do pěny. Poté ke směsi přimícháme med, jogurt a pyré. Následně přidáme prosátou mouku s kypřicím práškem.
- Bílky vyšleháme na pevný sníh a zlehka, pomalu přimícháme do připravené směsi. Těsto nalijeme do asi dvou třetin výšky do formiček a pečeme při 160 stupních asi 30 – 40 minut. Po upečení bábovičky necháme 10 minut ve formičkách a poté je vyklopíme na mřížku.
- Čokoládu rozpustíme na vodní lázni, přidáme kokosový olej a promícháme. Bábovičky dle potřeby seřízneme, abychom mohli přilepit vždy 2 k sobě. Na spodní bábovičku naneseme trochu čokolády a přidáme druhou. Do středu každé bábovičky dáme trochu odříznutého korpusu. Povrch dozdobíme čokoládou a místo stopky připevníme do korpusu tyčinku. Můžeme podávat. Dobrou chuť!
