Ale hlavně je to rychlý recept s výborným výsledkem. Máslo můžeme takto vytvarovat ve tvořítku na led, já jsem udělala srdíčka, tak se vlastně v tomto týdnu hodí .) Původně jsem vám máslo chtěla nafotit hezky naaranžované s medem a čokoládou, když jsem ho ve fotoateliéru Mocup space fotila a nakonec mě napadlo vyfotit ho společně s krásnými mističkami od českého výrobce Greyco, protože jejich výrobky z betonu mě v ateliéru hned chytly za srdce, líbí se i vám?

Vytisknout recept
Ingredience
- 25-30g nebo dle chuti i více či méně, kvalitní čokolády 70% (rozpuštěné)
- 60-70g kvalitního másla (změklého)
- 1-2 lžíce tekutého medu nebo dle chuti více/méně
- špetka soli dle chuti
Postup
- V misce nad vodní lázní si rozpustíme čokoládu. Necháme ji zchladnout.
- Změklé máslo promícháme metlou a smícháme s vychladlou čokoládou a medem, ochutnáme, případně přidáme špetku soli či více medu. Máslo můžeme přemístit do tvořítek na led a nechat v lednici nebo jen ponechat v misce. Skladujeme v lednici, před podáváním necháme máslo trochu povolit, aby bylo možné ho roztírat. Dobrou chuť!
